Golf Performance,
Built From Your Body Up

Distance and consistency aren't just a swing problem — they're a body problem. Smash Factor uses TPI's body-swing connection approach to find the physical cause, not just the symptom.

Why Smash Factor Exists

It started with curiosity — and a rediscovered love for the game.

When I moved to Charleston, I needed to re-up some fitness certifications, and between that and the golf content constantly finding me online, I kept coming back to one thing: TPI. The Titleist Performance Institute's research on the connection between the body and the swing wasn't something I'd taken seriously before — so I decided to actually dig in.

That curiosity turned into a certification, and the certification turned into Smash Factor Golf Performance.

Charleston made the rest of it easy. Great golf courses, golf nearly year-round — it's the kind of place that re-lights your love for the game if you let it. It did for me. Smash Factor is built on that same idea for the golfers I work with: find what your body is actually capable of, and the game gets easier to love again.

"If your body can't do what your coach is asking, no amount of practice will make it stick."

Your Personal Roadmap

Every screen result maps to a specific exercise and timeline — a 12-week roadmap built around your body, not a generic program.
